One of the worst weeks in America history…….so many innocent people have been killed. Yesterday another airplane crash…..so much heartbreak. I pray that a week of National mourning takes place. Hearts need to be softened in our nation. Sharon and I mourn at the passing of all these precious people.

Team Jesus, please pray for the families that have lost loved ones from this horrible tragedy. It has been such a horrible week in America. So many innocent people have died. I am going to share with you some messages from Billy Graham on death…….

Billy Graham: “If there is something we need more than anything else during grief, it is a friend who stands with us, who doesn’t leave us. Jesus is that friend.” “But God loves you, and even in the midst of your grief and loneliness, God wants to fill the empty places in your heart.

“Even if others don’t understand your grief, God does—and He wants to assure you of His constant love and presence.”

“Grief is like going through a tunnel—and sometimes we wonder if we’ll ever come out the other end. But God has not abandoned you, and He wants to comfort you and assure you that He is with you. Jesus’ words are true: ‘Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.’ (Matthew 5:4)”

“God knows what you’ve been going through, and I want to assure you that He understands your feelings. The Bible reminds us that Christ was ‘a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief’ (Isaiah 53:3, KJV).”

The Bible teaches that God wants people to seek comfort and rely on others during times of mourningIt also teaches that mourning is temporary and has purpose. If I can help you with your mourning please contact me. I have been in grief counseling for years, not a professional, just a man that does his best for God and all people. Please do not fight your grief. Let the tears flow. We grieve hard, because we love hard. As I told a wonderful family this week that lost their loved one in a house fire, We are here for you, in the love of Jesus! We just do not say it, we mean it. Sharon and I love you all!
