When something in your life or thoughts makes you anxious the Lord says, bring your prayers and petition with thanksgiving for this will be an opportunity for you to trust in me. Though for awhile you will go through difficulties the benefits outweigh the cost.
I have promised you to keep you in perfect peace to the extent that you trust in me.
John 14:27 Peace I leave you, my peace I Give you. I do not give to you as the world gives, do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Exodus 14:14 The Lord shall fight for you and you shall hold your peace.
One thing is do not let the behavior of others destroy your inner peace. Often times no matter how hard we try peace will elude us. The war in our minds rages on, and when we allow others to control our emotions, your peace of mind becomes unstable. When you walk in the Power of the Holy Spirit, you will experience the peace that is promised to you . Whenever anxiety creeps into your life turn to the Lord and He will bless you with his peace.
Never allow the enemy to rob you of your peace. The enemy uses every strategy to distract you.
John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.
The enemy fights us everyday through situations and people we encounter. He also battles in our thoughts and feelings. The bible warns us about that:
Isaiah 24:10 Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be remove, says the Lord who has compassion on you.
God delights in his children and helps us maintain our peace for God’s love and peace are perfect.
Psalm 29:11 The Lord gives strength to his people the Lord blesses his people with peace.
When you give thanks unto the Lord in the midst of your difficulties than you can experience his peace that will pass all understanding .
Philippians 4:6-7 Do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving present your request to God and the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with joy and peace as you trust in him so that you may overflow with hope and peace by the Power of the Holy Spirit.
