A wild day in New Mexico yesterday and in many parts of the the southwest. Be safe out there. We surely do need the rain here in New Mexico, we are dry as a bone. Please join us in prayer Team Jesus. We are praying for calm winds and rain. The very dangerous dry conditions prevail in much of the southwest. Please start a prayer chain seeking the face of our Lord in asking our heavenly Father for rain. I officiated a memorial service with military honors yesterday for the precious man of God Bo McAnally. We prayed that the winds would die down and the Lord answered our prayers. Bo’s wife Sherrie was able to attend despite being in a hospital type bed. Bo and Sherrie were married 63 years. Sherrie was wheeled up to the grave site in her bed and the family stood by her as I did. It was a very humbling time. Being humble really softens your heart more and more for our LORD and all people. I pray we all become more humble and think less of ourselves. PS: Sherrie is as sweet as they come!

Rain and Snow Returns to New Mexico Today
ATLANTA (AP) — A dynamic storm system threatening to spawn powerful tornadoes and hail as big as baseballs has earned a relatively rare designation from forecasters: A “high risk” day of severe weather.
Parts of Missouri, Iowa and Illinois saw some of the most extreme weather on Friday, with the system forecast to take aim Saturday at southern states including Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. More Here
Extreme winds flipped trucks and kicked up blinding dust, shutting down highways in Texas and causing issues across New Mexico and Oklahoma. With visibility near zero and conditions worsening, officials feared more pile-ups would begin to choke roadways.

Prayer For Abundant Rain In Drought
Loving Lord and Heavenly Father, You alone are good and You alone richly provide for all the needs and the necessities of life, and in Your loving-kindness You give us over and above all that we ask or think. Thank You for Your steadfast love and gracious provision to us and to all Your creation.
Forgive us for the times when we have taken Your provision for granted and the times when we have failed to thank You and give You the honour and gratitude that You deserve. Thank You, that even though we have failed to acknowledge all that You give us day by day, You faithfully provide us richly all things to enjoy. But Lord, we come to You now, knowing that we are facing a drought in this region and we ask You to send abundant rain on the earth, which has become dry, thirsty and arid.
Look down in pity our plight we pray. It is not only the plants that are wilting, but even the animals and people in this place are parched and dry. Oh Lord, send us rain. Open the windows of heaven we pray with the sweet rainfall that we so desperately need, and water our land we pray, and we will give You all the praise and glory due to Your holy name,
Amen.
“You visit the earth and water it abundantly, enriching it greatly. God’s stream is filled with water, for You prepare the earth in this way, providing [people] with grain.”
(Psalm 65:9)
