The Christian Broadcasting Network (“CBN”) reports that Angela Reading, a New Jersey mom and law school graduate, is suing the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), Transportation Security Administration (“TSA”), and the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness (“NJOHSP”), alleging they have retaliated against her for speaking out against displayed posters featuring terms like “polysexual” and “pansexual” at a local elementary school during a mathematics-related event she attended in 2022 with her two young daughters.
Reading’s lawsuit, originally filed on March 15, 2023, alleges that North Hanover Township Police Chief Robert Duff, acting in combination with military personnel from the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and School Superintendent Helen Payne, coerced the removal of a Facebook post by Reading after asserting Facebook’s administrator may have liability in the event of a “school shooting.”
