Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.
Ephesians 5:15-16
If you turn on the evening news or read your newspaper, you’ll see so many evil and demonic things taking place all around us.
It seems like things are getting worse by the day. At least in our area it is. It comes as no surprise at all of the debauchery we see around us.
As believers, we are called to help in that area. How do we help? By evangelizing and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to those in need, while praying for people around us.
Praying for anybody that we can think of, that we know is in dire need of help. Preaching till the whole world hears.
When they walk away from God or they reject him, they become fair game to Satan and he came to steal, to kill and to destroy.
He’s not here to mess around, he’s here to kill us, destroy families, destroyed lives, and to steal everything he can from us and our families.
There are so many evil things happening. Some I can’t even mention.
Scripture is very clear about the end times and the increase of lawlessness.
We are placed on this earth to shine the love of Christ to a lost and dying world and although this is not an easy task sometimes, it is our calling.
We read in 2 Timothy 4:3-5:
“For the time will come when they will not tolerate sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance with their own desires, and they will turn their ears away from the truth and will turn aside to myths. But as for you, use self-restraint in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.“
In a world of darkness, Christians will endure hardship and persecution, but we must stay focused on evangelizing and fulfillment of Gods purpose for us.
Remember this! In the last days there will be many troubles, because people will love themselves, love money, brag, and be proud. They will say evil things against others and will not obey their parents or be thankful or be the kind of people God wants. They will not love others, will refuse to forgive, will gossip, and will not control themselves. They will be cruel, will hate what is good, will turn against their friends, and will do foolish things without thinking. They will be conceited, will love pleasure instead of God, and will act as if they serve God but will not have his power. Stay away from those people.
2 Timothy 3:1-5
Even though we are living in dangerous times, the danger around us isn’t always physically happening. There’s also dangers of a spiritual kind.
People are definitely being deceived by the devil and turning around and doing disgusting and horrible things. It’s a spiritual force of evil, in the heavenly realms.
“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour”
1 Peter 5:8
(The word “devour” means to “destroy completely, to swallow up in one drink.” The devil is not out to make our life a little hard or inconvenient. Nor is his aim to cause us harm. No, he is committed to our total and complete devastation. And one of the greatest and most effective ways he will do this is to get God’s people to deny his existence.)

It’s time for us, if we aren’t already, to evangelize to a lost and dying world. They are one step away from a Christ-less eternity and the wreckage they’re leaving behind, is something many will never recover from.
My prayer for you today is that you would continue to evangelize, spreading the gospel to all the nations and leaving no stone and unturned.
Many Blessings,
Connie
