The Christian Post reports that the U.S. Senate voted 53-46 yesterday (4/9/2025) to confirm former Arkansas governor, pastor, TV personality and author, Mike Huckabee, as the Trump administration’s U.S. ambassador to Israel.
Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) was the only Democratic senator to vote in favor of Huckabee.

The fact that only one Democratic senator voted for Huckabee tells you a lot about the Democratic Party’s view of faith, and the party’s goals regarding Israel and the Palestinian situation.
