Frank Haley of KDAZ AM730 NEWS REPORTS: Albuquerque Isotopes were faced with 15,000 hot dogs on their hands and no one to eat them. Monday, the storm that hit Albuquerque late in the afternoon forced the team to cancel the game, which also happened to be $.50 hot dog night.
The Isotopes didn’t let those hot dogs go to waste. They donated them to Noonday ministries, the Roadrunner Food Bank. And the Roadrunner Food Bank gave them to Joy Junction.
