Here you go! An iconic Texas ranch larger than New York City is on the market for almost three-quarters of a billion dollars.
The owners of the 510,000-acre Waggoner ranch are asking $725 million for the ranch, whose backwards ‘D’ brand is one of the oldest continuous brands in the state, dating back to 1849.
Sotheby’s International realty broker Bernard Uechtritz told the Houston Chronicle estimated it to be the largest ranch in the country “behind one fence.”
