As you have likely seen on the news, marriage is under serious attack in New Mexico. We are looking into what can be done legally, and in the meantime have learned that two important meetings will be deciding on marriage in the next 48 hours. Please attend if you are at all able, and if you cannot please pray.

Judge Alan Malot has ordered a hearing on whether to issue marriage licenses to same sex couples in Bernalillo county.
2. Tomorrow (Tuesday 8-27-13) at 9am:
Doña Ana County Commission

Las Cruces, NM
The Doña Ana County Commission will be considering a resolution to support the County Clerk who decided on his own to start issuing marriage licenses to same sex couples. We need to show up and send a clear message that what the County Clerk did was not something that people from Doña Ana County support. You will have an opportunity to voice your concern for 2 minutes.
