If You Could Have a Cup of Coffee With Anyone….Who Would That Be?

If you could have a cup of coffee with anyone, who would that be? What got me on this subject is that for my birthday on July 4th, Sonja and Steve Haldeman, supporters of FGGAM, sent me a Ronald Reagan coffee cup, a book of quotes from President Reagan and a book of pictures on the greatness of Reagan! They had been visiting the Reagan Presidential Library!  I don’t know if there has ever been as love story like President Reagan, his love for our Lord, for Nancy, family and Country. Oh my! What a light he was for the world. I would love to sit and talk to him over a cup of coffee, asking him about his days as a radio announcer, he even did baseball games, having to recreate them from ticker tape for broadcast! Number one on my list to have coffee with is our Lord Jesus Christ, about love and accountability and the Apostle Paul on how the Lord turned his life around. I also have President Lincoln on my list, President Truman, President Washington and President Kennedy. My Grandpa Chris Moede is on my list, he passed onto Glory when my Dad was just 13. My Great Grandpa Caraway is also on my list as he came to the homestead near Windom, Minnesota in a covered wagon, tipped it over and he and Great Grandma lived in a dugout as they carved out a living. My list is endless! It will be a great time of endless joy in heaven!

From my book of President Reagan quotes……”No arsenal or no weapon in the arsenals of the world is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women” This is from his first Inaugural Address, January 20, 1981.

I pray for a return of morals to America, to our Government to the Presidency.
