love-699480_1280Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (KJV)

Ephesians 2:4-7 But God is so rich in mercy, and He loved us so very much, that even while we were dead because of our sins, He gave us life when He raised Christ from the dead. (It is only by God’s special favor that you have been saved!) For He raised us from the dead along with Christ, and we are seated with Him in the heavenly realms–all because we are one with Christ Jesus. And so God can always point to us as examples of the incredible wealth of His favor and kindness toward us, as shown in all He has done for us through Christ Jesus. (NLT)

We are crucified with Christ and raised with Him becoming one with Him! What a profound mystery! When we accept Christ, He births us spiritually in Him.

John 14:20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. (KJV)

1 John 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. (KJV)

When people look at us, they should see Jesus. Without having to say that we are Christians, people should know. We are to be epistles read of all men.

2 Corinthians 3:2-5 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men: Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;

An epistle is usually a long, instructive letter written in a formal or elegant language.

What’s written on your heart? Are you one with Him? Do others see Him when they look at you? Are you a beautifully expressed letter of love and kindness….boldness and gentleness? Do you know Him?

Have you ever encountered a person and just “known” they were a Christian without them uttering a word? I love this saying:

Live in such a way that those who know you but don’t know God will come to know God because they know you. (Anonymous)

My prayer for you is that you would allow the Holy Spirit to reveal to you who you are in Christ and that you would be Him to a hurting world. Amen.
