Fox starts debate with question on absent Trump

Fox News host Megyn Kelly began Thursday night’s debate with a shot at the “elephant” absent from the room: GOP frontrunner Donald Trump.
Kelly, who has been at the center of Trump’s feud with Fox News, asked rival Ted Cruz to “address the elephant not in the room.”
Cruz, Trump’s main rival in the Iowa caucuses, responded with a series of comments meant to highlight’s Trump’s style of insulting his opponents.
