Israeli Satellite Shows Extensive Russian Military Deployment in Syria

Satellite Images were released this week by the Israeli company ImageSat International (ISI) showing extensive construction activity at the Russian military base in Latakia, Syria. The images appear to show military aircraft receiving replacement engines, indicating their extensive use, as well as advanced air-defense systems and other equipment.
