A recent article found that an audit of the New Mexico Regional Office of the VA fell short of what is expected when handling VA disability claims. Issues such as long delay times (one case being in excess of 1000 days!), improper use of the law and inaccuracies in process all lead to a less than optimal grade for the local regional office.
