Moses stood in the entrance of ther camp, and said, “Whoever is on the Lord’s side —-come to me!” I have stated many times that America is more divided since the Civil War. I weep for my country. As the Civil War escalated, most people in the South believed that, with the North threatening their way of life, it was their sovereign right to secede from the Union. The North believed the South was in rebellion and, if allowed to secede, would destroy the republic. Really reminds me of the political parties of today. The real issue, though, was who was on the Lord’s side.
