The FBI rocked the presidential race Friday by announcing that new emails pertaining to its earlier investigation of Hillary Clinton had been uncovered and that the bureau was taking “appropriate investigative steps.”
The statement, from FBI Director James Comey, came with just 11 days to go before Election Day. More than 12 million early votes already have been cast in the election.
