Dear People of God, MERRY CHRISTMAS!

It s a blessing that we have readers in Israel, Russia, France…all over the world as God has blessed FGGAM. God instructed me to reach the world one person at a time..yes God proves much good can happen for HIM through little grass roots ministries. I see it everyday with all my friends that have grass roots ministries in New Mexico! Our state is very blessed that way! Amen!

I have been thinking a lot of late of all my bosses in my life…..two are on my heart this morning as I write this. I have been blessed by so many wonderful bosses over the years who have taught me much wisdom!

Years ago my Boss at the time in Christian radio, at WFRN in South Bend?Elkhart, In…..in 1986 Ed Moore asked me, “Dewey, how are you and the Lord getting along?” That question has guided me since! So my friends I ask you….How are you and the Lord getting along?

Yesterday I talked to Ken Coe Hall of Fame broadcaster in Indiana. I worked for Ken in the 80’s at WCOE radio in Laporte. Ken is having health challenges and would be thankful for your prayers! Loved working for Ken and his lovey wife DeEtta! Great radio broadcasters!

We also have Pauline who has cancer, please pray for her and the family.

Please pray for Franchesca she needs a job.

Please pray for me and Sharon as we go forth here at FGGAM.

Some people are experiencing extreme feelings of desperation. For some people, Christmas is not “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year”! In fact it has been well documented that the rate of depression and suicide often increases at this time of year. We are getting calls from so many that are depressed and having anxiety. People need the comfort and joy of Jesus Christ! Amen! The problem is that many look in the wrong places, booze, drugs, casinos, gifts, money, bars, nightclubs, the mall..etc… True joy and comfort is found in Jesus! Dr. Jesus! Only the Messiah can provide the real comfort and joy that we all need. Please now listen to my Christmas podcasts and make sure you have read Luke 2:21-38. Merry Christmas!

How are you and the Lord getting along?

The greatest gift you can give Jesus, is give your life to HIM, a stronger relationship with HIM!

Please listen to all my sermon messages that are posted on the front page of the website. Please share them with your friends.

Let us be sensitive of the needs of others……Let us remember that it is HIS birthday, not ours……

As I close this morning I have this sad story to share with you that Laura Rosecrans of the HUB of New Mexico wrote……..

16581246_1481144300-4653_funddescription“You do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.” James 4:14

Life…what is life? Life is but a vapor. This verse came to mind today as I found out what the name of the Valencia County Deputy Sheriff that passed away was – Officer Ryan Thomas – while he was responding to a burglary call.

Officer Ryan Thomas, the young man (age 30) that lost his life on duty in Valencia County on December 6, 2016, was a respected member of the community. Ryan served in the United States Navy and was a member of the 150th Security Forces Squadron in the New Mexico Air National Guard.

16581246_1481144247-2038_funddescriptionRyan now leaves behind his pregnant wife (due next month) and his 2 year old daughter as well as his mother and siblings. His father passed away recently – unexpectedly. Ryan’s family is close knit family that we knew personally through our home schooling history.

Please keep this precious family in your prayers. You can go to the Go Fund Me account to help his young family in this time of sorrow and need.

Thank you KRQE.com for your story. You can read it at their webpage.

Rest in Peace Officer Thomas.
