The Texas House passed a budget on Thursday that reallocates $61 million of funding from Planned Parenthood to pro-life crisis pregnancy centers, per LifeSite.
While the budget does not defund Planned Parenthood, it cuts off what they call “hidden streams” of funds, from sources such as the Health and Human Services Commission, the Attorney General and the Comptroller.
