It is our God given duty to stand in the gap for God’s Children. New Mexico should not be surprised by the many struggles of the state.
Matthew 18:1-3
At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them and said, “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
I have been talking about this for years….Albuquerque Public Schools needs to be busted up. It needs to be divided at least in half. APS keeps doing the same dumb things and getting the same poor results, its the same story year after year, the names just change from time to time. Student Drop out rate remains high. It is sinful for all this money being poured into a failed school district. The teachers do their job, but its the ‘KINGDOM’ that has been created above them, that is the real problem, their own ‘money world’ all this while many children live in poverty. ABQ Journal Report The state is broke, but some swim in money.
It is not only Albuquerque, but the entire state.
Did you know that according to the Albuquerque Journal, New Mexico has fewer jobs now than it did at the start of the recession in December of 2007!!!
The Albuquerque Journal is reporting that New Mexico’s economy has veered off track. The great recession seems to have brought deep, structural changes to the state. In fact New Mexico has fewer jobs than it did at the start of the recession in December of 2007. ABQ Journal Report New Mexico is losing more jobs than it’s adding. Our young people are moving away.
Intel is disappearing from Rio Rancho, little by little.
We have corruption in many parts of our education system, just follow the news reports, from public schools to our colleges.
UNM baby parts. UNM abortions.
New Mexico’s education system is a failure. Many of our children are leaving the state for better education and jobs. We have the highest unemployment in the nation.
The salary of the UNM Basketball coach was the highest of any state employee, until they fired him. New Mexico is out of whack, not in line with God. There is a great price to pay when you do not live by Biblical principles.
My teacher friends tell me that some children come to school and have not bathed or eaten. New Mexico is near the top in child poverty. New Mexico allows the killing of God’s babies through abortion, Albuquerque is the Abortion capital.
One teacher told me a couple of months ago he is teaching from 20 year old text books. Why do we allow such dysfunction?
Why does much of New Mexico not value our children?
Why do the citizens of New Mexico allow such dysfunction?
God will not bless New Mexico until it stops sinning.
My prayer is that New Mexico will break the cycle of years and years of sinning against our children.
Hebrews 13:5
Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
1 John 2:15-17
Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.
Proverbs 22:7
The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is the slave of the lender.
1 Timothy 6:10
For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
Matthew 6:33
But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
Acts 20:35
In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
