KOB News just reported 2 names of officers shot in today’s incident based on a “source”. The info was NOT CORRECT. From Pastor Dewey:This is not the time for the news media to be in a hurry to be first. We must respect the officers and their families and the Dept. Let us be in constant prayer for these hero’s! From the Albuquerque Police Dept.: Two Albuquerque Police Officers and one Bernalillo County Sheriff Deputy currently remain hospitalized at local area hospitals as detectives continue their investigation into the incident that left the three law enforcement officers shot. We pray that all three will fully recover. The families of the officers are being notified.
There are multiple scenes as the shooter fired at officers throughout the entirety of this incident. There are a lot of witnesses that still need to be interviewed. We expect the investigation to last for an extended period of time.
The offender of this tragic event has not been identified but has been pronounced deceased at the 4th and Montano scene.

Five Law Enforcement Officers in the State of New Mexico have been shot and wounded just this week, with another officer being hit by a car.
Let us be in prayer for our state.
UPDATE from APD: Both APD officers shot in today’s (Saturdays) incident are listed in stable condition and expected to recover. Our thoughts and prayers remain with the officers and their families.
We have not seen any update on the Sheriff’s Deputy. Let us remain in prayer.
