James Agnew, he is a 10 year(s) old white male with Brown hair and Hazel eyes. He is believed to be 4 ft , weighing 75 lbs.
Authorities say that the child may be in the company of Rebecca Aguirre she is a 46 year(s) old Hispanic Female with Brown hair and Brown eyes and red hair. She is believed to be 5 ft and 1 in, weighing 110 lbs. Rebecca Aguirre ishomeless and maybe traveling from shelter to shelter.
