Who Owns The Earth?

Good morning beautiful people. This morning I was meditating on the Psalms once again. In verse 3 of Psalm 89 God made a covenant with His chosen and that our seed will be established forever (offspring). In verse 9 we learn that He rules the raging of the sea, He stills the waves. In verse 14 righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne: Mercy and truth go before His face. He will not break His covenant (verse 34) nor alter the Word that has gone out of His lips. It shall be established forever like the moon, even like the faithful witness in the sky. (verse 37)
Doesn’t that make you happy? Doesn’t that make you want to shout? I get so excited when I read these promises and believe them, I can hardly contain myself. Sometimes I ask God Himself to empower me to believe them. I ask Him by the power of the Holy Spirit to give me deeper understanding and revelation. He is no respecter of persons and will do the same for you. Pray, believe and receive. (Mark 11:24)
Father, thank you for your covenant promises. They are yes and amen and forever settled in both the heavens and on the earth. We thank you today for righteousness and justice. We are only righteous because of the blood of Jesus Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:21) Justice is established by Your hand. We could never earn our righteousness no matter how good we are or think we are. Jesus Christ paid the price and were in need of it. It is nothing we could ever earn, it’s His free gift to us.
Thank you for your mercy and grace. From the Crown of Maine we declare the Word of the Lord over our nation and to the nations today. Our covenant keeping God never breaks His promise. We decree and declare the truth of these Holy Scriptures over this land today. For the earth is the Lord’s and all it’s fullness, the world and those who dwell therein. Amen? Amen….
