This morning I am headed to First Baptist Church in Reserve, New Mexico. The Buzzard Fire now has burned over 28,000 acres in Catron County.
Today along with my message on the “Peace of God” we are going to have a special time of prayer….we are praying for rain! Bring your umbrellas!
We also will be praying for all Firefighters.
You are welcomed to join us.
2 Chronicles 7:14-15 “Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. My eyes will be open and my ears attentive to every prayer made in this place.”
Matthew 18:19““Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.”
Deuteronomy 11:13-15 “If you carefully obey the commands I am giving you today, and if you love the Lord your God and serve him with all your heart and soul, then he will send the rains in their proper seasons—the early and late rains—so you can bring in your harvests of grain, new wine, and olive oil. He will give you lush pastureland for your livestock, and you yourselves will have all you want to eat.”
