Tell The Thief to Take A Hike…

Good morning beautiful people. I was thinking this morning about a time I would come home and things would be missing. It was a difficult time and I was trying to rise above it. The grill, the lawn mower, the fire pit, things would just disappear, be gone. I would never know what to expect when I would return to my home. The thief had come.

The thief was trying to destroy my peace, making me feel unsafe. However, I discovered who the thief was. Once you know who the thief is you can do something about it. I chose to let it go back then, but no longer. I served notice to the thief that he will no longer steal from me.

It’s the same way in our spiritual lives. The thief that came to rob, kill, steal and destroy must be served notice. Be gone in Jesus name, thief. You have been evicted, we serve you notice.

Although it wasn’t a good time, I had to rise up. I had to determine in my mind that I would not allow the thief to destroy or steal anything else from me. I began to speak the Word of God to the thief.

Thief your messing with God’s anointed and I wouldn’t do that if I were you. God will have the final say. No weapon formed against us will ever prosper thief. (Isaiah 54:17) We belong to our Creator. Let’s pray:

Father, thank you that it is a happy day. Thank you that you loved your people enough to die for them. We thank you that no matter what is happening around us, no matter what season of life we are in, we can have happy, happy days. No thief can take away what God has ordained. God hijacked the plan of the enemy of our soul, and we can declare he is defeated foe. Our God made a public spectacle of Him and He will continue to do so. (Colossians 2:15)

Today, may many believe God’s Word and have a happy, happy day. We can enjoy life because Jesus has paid the price to give us life and life more abundantly. (John 10:10). Amen? Amen.

It is only the thief that comes to kill, rob, steal and destroy. Time for Him to flee. For John 3:16 states For God so loved the world that he gave His one and only son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Have a blessed day beautiful people, tell the thief to take a hike and enjoy your day. Have a happy, happy day!
