It is worth getting up @ 4 AM to write for Jesus!
This morning, I heard the Voice of Jesus paint a picture in my mind of the fullness of TRUTH!
He said, “Have you ever been in traffic & wanted to do the right thing, like let someone out in front of you? It is one thing when you are going in the same direction, but it gets tricky when the person is going in the other direction. Our wave can motion excitedly & they run out in oncoming traffic; ASSUMING WE SAID that way was clear too.”
THEN, Jesus put it together for me like this: To live for Christ we need personal revelation in the WORD of God.
Can you think of a time that you gave the right away in front of you, BUT the driver got so excited they didn’t pause to check BEYOND the safe place you gave? Misplacing TRUST in one Wave FOR ALL laneS is like Opinions to God’s Word.
Weaving this danger into reading the WORD of God in JUST the HUMAN mind ALONE, it can be dangerously made into our own opinion(s).
Limited understanding NEEDS enhanced & made aware of all the BEFORE(s) & AFTER(s) of a Verse to really comprehend what God is really saying.
Life in this broken world is like the person entering traffic. We must LOOK RIGHT & left & LOOK RIGHT again, BEFORE advancing in a decision to just fly out into the steam of traffic blindly.
JESUS CAN SEE PAST WHAT we CAN only BLINDLY SEE alone … ♡
How did I do on painting that picture?
The point is that the WORD of God is more powerful than the Gas & Break in our car. Jesus will teach us when it is clear & how to proceed in this life & in dealing with all situations in this world.
Certainly, we gain knowledge & freedoms in Christ, YET we need to get the personal revelation from the Holy Spirit to guide us with every decision we make.
Can you think of a time when things didn’t go as you assumed they would?
I believe the point is we have to give room for the Holy Spirit to work, and as we care for people, we have to give them room to grow without smothering them & without waving others on too fast before they get their time to come into a spiritual place on this pathway of LIFE.
