The Clarion Call…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. As I was preparing for a meeting last week, I kept hearing the words clarion call in my spirit. Since these are words I don’t usually use, I began to look up it’s meaning. I believe God is saying it is time. The time to move beyond complacency. It is time to step out to and be fruitful for His Kingdom. Your vision is meaningless beautiful people, unless you have an action plan. Get in God’s presence today and ask Him for strategies, ask Him to download the plan and how you are to get it accomplished.
At this meeting, I invited people that I knew needed something from God. Some needed healing, some deliverance, some to be strengthened for their journey, some direction but all needed something from God. Let’s be honest beautiful people, folks all around us are losing hope. Isn’t it time to step out of our comfort zones and make a difference in our communities, states and in our nation? I believe Jesus is saying so. We don’t need to agree on everything, but we need to be about our Father’s work.
I am reminded about a word I penned in September 2005. I have given you a taste of my river. I will not tolerate gossip, back biting and devouring one another. All of my people are important to me, all of my people. I do not love you any more than I love them. Come together, lay down agendas, your pretense. Do you want the river to continue or do you want the spring to stop? What I am asking of you is to lay it all down. If you have ought against anyone, make it right to the best of your ability. There is no room for offense in my river. There is only room for servanthood. If you desire to be a part of what I desire to do through you, you must not think of yourself as more important than your brother or sister. I died for them too. I died for them when they were yet sinners. Can you love like I have commanded you? Can you come together and serve from a willingness to please me? Not for recognition, not from your own fleshly desires, but because I have asked of you? Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for your amazing love. May our lives be empty of ourselves and be full of courage, strength and love to fulfill the vision you have entrusted to us. Today, may people all across this world, hear the call to action. The time is now, the clarion call has gone out and it is time to respond.
