Strength Training 101…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I have a good friend that is doing strength training. She is working hard lifting weights and getting ready for her competition. She is taking this quite serious. It is fun to watch her growth.
I was thinking this morning how we gain strength as we meditate on and believe the Holy Scriptures. I used to be a fearful person, never wanting to try something new because I thought I might fail. As I meditated on Bible verses, I became courageous and would step out more, taking a risk. It is true our only failure is not in trying. God tells us He goes before us and He is our rear guard. (Isaiah 52:12). He tells us not to be afraid. Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. (Isaiah 40:31) Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you that you are the way maker. You go before us and you are our rear guard. We can step out in faith believing and try new things. We don’t need to stay stuck. The only failure is in not trying. The joy of the Lord is our strength. (Nehemiah 8:10)
Father, thank you that you make us bold and courageous as we put our trust in you. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9). Amen
Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Believe in Jesus and never give up!
