Precious (not her real name) grew up in one of 13 Muslim tribes in the southern Philippines. Hers is a proud tribe, believing they have descended from royalty.
But when a friend offered a Bible to her, Precious was curious and accepted.
Once she started reading the words of Jesus—so different from what she had been taught to believe—she felt her heart opening in a new way. But to leave her Muslim faith was forbidden.
