Is Your Soul On Fire?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was remembering this morning when my children were younger we would go shopping and I would always end up praying with people at the store. My kid’s used to try to get me to promise that I wouldn’t do that. I couldn’t help myself. I would meet people that didn’t know Jesus and I had to tell them. I would go get groceries and come home with just enough for one meal and need to go back. My heart wanted everyone to know Jesus, the man that changed my life. As I began to read his word and believe it, I became a born again believer. I grew up in church, went to Sunday school, attended a Christian school, married in a church and never encountered Jesus for myself.
When I did encounter Jesus, things radically changed for me. I began to believe him for big things. I didn’t want to just learn about Jesus, I wanted to work for Jesus. I wanted to do as He did. He said lay hands on the sick and they would recover. I said Ok let’s do it. I knew I couldn’t heal a flea, but I knew he could. I pray for sick people all the time, the results are in his hands. He truly is Jesus, the healer.
I love the scriptures in Mark 16:15-19 Jesus tells us “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it“.
There are parts to those scriptures religious people don’t like. You just will have to take it up with Jesus. I didn’t say it, he did. This is how I got some of those religious spirits out of me. I put my hand on my own head and commanded any religious spirits to come up and out of me, in Jesus name. I ask him to fill me full to overflowing with the power of his Holy Spirit, daily. I want to be that soul on fire. How about you? Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for your word. Father, we give you permission to change us. We don’t want religion, we want relationship. Your love is amazing. You loved people enough to die for them. You are Christ the healer, deliverer and lover of man’s soul. Set us on fire God so the world will see you are they way, the truth and the life. (John 14:6)
Father, thank you for a personal relationship with Jesus. Please get all the religion out of us, we pray. We want to know Jesus. Father, thank you that signs follow us. Amen!
