Happy Birthday, Again!

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. My three year old granddaughter came running to me yesterday and said it’s my birthday MiMi. I gave her a big hug and I said Happy Birthday. Her birthday had already been celebrated in March, but apparently she wanted to celebrate again. We had celebrated my sisters birthday together on Saturday and maybe that was on her mind. She was so full of excitement. I swung her around and gave her lots of hugs and kisses as she smiled from ear to ear. She then took it a bit further and said Mimi cake and presents. I laughed, but decided I would go along with it. We looked in the bin with gift bags until she found one she liked. Then we looked around to see what we could put in her little pink bag. She discovered a packet of stickers for her nails. The gems glistened as she placed them on her knuckles. She has her own way of doing things. Oh, the joy of children.

This morning I don’t hear her little voice saying Mimi it’s my birthday, as she went back to her home, but I am reminded about how we should live every day the very best. Every day is a celebration of life. When we received the gift of salvation and assurance of eternal life, we received the best gift ever given to mankind. Oh, how I believe. Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for the gift of your only begotten son that we may live our lives free in Him. Every day is a gift to enjoy until we meet on the other side.

Father, as we meditate on your promises and see our path unfold before us, we declare to the world, Jesus we believe. Amen

Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Stay in faith believing. Oh, Happy Birthday Again! Celebrate your day.

Matthew 18:2-4 And He called a child to Himself and set him before them, and said, “Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. “Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. “And whoever receives one such child in My name receives Me; but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a heavy millstone hung around his neck, and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.
