No Fretting, Just Believing…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Life is sure adventurous as a believer. Sometimes, I find myself coming before him and asking for forgiveness for trying to figure things out. He tells us to simply take Him at his Word and believe. It just sounds too simple. Seems like we should fret a little bit, shouldn’t we?  He wants us to enjoy life. The John 10:10 kind. I’m in, what about you? Are you onboard?

I loved to read about Corrie Ten Boone. One of her quotes Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God, comes to mind this morning. She traveled the world for Jesus.

On this trip, I have met so many beautiful people from all over the world. They love to listen to my wild adventure stories with Jesus as we shuttle to and from our meetings. We all laugh as I say Japan you on board. West Africa, Texas you with us. Caruso, Canada, who we missing. We all look out for one another. Even the shuttle driver is so full of joy, it bubbles all over us as he tries to keep us on the right track.

How many times have we fretted what our future would look like? How many times have we tried to figure it all out instead of simply believing he will put it all together.

Today, let’s pray for our future, as we don’t need to fret, just simply believe.

Father, thank you that you know all things. Forgive us when we tried with the human mind to figure things out. Your ways, oh God, are so much higher than our ways. (Isaiah 55:9)

Thank you for keeping us all on the right track today. You said to pray, believe and receive.(Mark 11:24) We receive the destiny you have for each of us. Order our footsteps according to your Word, oh God.

Father, forgive us for fretting or any unbelief that crept in as we tried to steer our own ship. Thank you that you will never let us sink, because of your great love for us. We believe! All aboard, amen? Amen!

Have a blessed day beautiful people. God gave you this day to enjoy. Let him steer your ship.

For I know the plans I have for you…(Jeremiah 29:11)
