I say JUSTICE WAS DONE! This whole deal stunk to high heaven! The Albuquerque Journal is reporting this morning that the fraud case against former Torrance County sheriff Heath White charged with using thousands of dollars of taxpayer funds to buy personal items – has been dismissed after a judge found there was no probable cause. Right now I am in Facebook jail. I am here to serve the Lord Jesus Christ. I am here to serve the Lord. I am here to stand firm in my Lord in love. Preach the truth in love, but some people seem to think I preach hate. Not so. This Country is getting full of people with too much power. They think they are above God. I thank the Lord for Judges like Charles Brown.
There is something very fishy about this whole thing with Heath White, never should have happened. It has caused great damaged to him and his family. But God knows, God is our healer. Please pray for Heath and his family for healing.

Once again I am thankful for the Albuquerque Journal for bringing light to a very important story involving the former Sheriff of Torrance County New Mexico
Heath White, who has dedicated a large part of his life in serving the people of Torrance County. White has been charged with multiple felonies.
Evidence against White may be thrown out of court. Here is what is alarming: State District Judge Charles Brown found that the warrant used for evidence was “troubling on a number of levels.” The Judge said elements of the case “shocked the conscience of the court”
What I know of Heath White is that he was a highly regarded Sheriff here in New Mexico. I talked to him by phone a few times about a few news stories I was working on. Health was well thought of by Governor Martinez’s administration. Something “smells fishy” in this case. I am thankful that Judge Brown has put the brakes on this case. Health’s reputation has been damaged for life by many. It is good not to judge anyone until everything is “crystal clear”

| From the writings of the Rev. Billy GrahamQ: There was a day when society held in high regard the man or woman who were “people of their word.” The daily news is filled with deceit and despair. People from all walks of life rise and fall. Is integrity a lost virtue? What does it really mean to be a person of integrity? — P.D.A: Integrity means that if our private life was suddenly exposed, we’d have no reason to be ashamed or embarrassed. Integrity means our outward life is consistent with our inner convictions. Our young people want to see integrity, honesty, truth and faith lived out.
Integrity means a person is the same on the inside as he or she claims to be on the outside; they remain the same when alone in a hotel room a thousand miles away from home. People of integrity can be trusted and exhibit behavior and character above reproach. Being pure in conduct includes honesty and integrity in dealing with our fellow man. There can be a price to pay for exhibiting true integrity. There are those who may not be included in social gatherings because their very presence may rebuke others, bringing to mind their guilt from bad behavior. Families may even scorn other family members who live differently because of their integrity. An employee may find his advancement blocked; teenagers may be laughed at by their peers because they choose not to engage in immoral activity or their refusal to partake of alcohol and drugs. Integrity can be restored to a society one person at a time. The choice belongs to each individual and the source is Jesus Christ. When we live by His truth, we possess integrity. “Have a good testimony among those who are outside, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil” (1 Timothy 3:7). ======== (This column is based on the words and writings of the late Rev.
