Police were responding Friday to a report of a shooting at a Colorado high school but reports are that the situation is now under control. The incident occurred at Arapahoe High school in Centennial which is about 13 miles south of Denver.
A student apparently entered the school with a shotgun and reports indicate he was looking for a particular teacher. Initial reports indicate as many a 6 shots were fired. One student is in the hospital in critical condition and another student is being treated for a minor injury but it is not known if it is a gunshot wound or not.
The shooter is reported to be deceased as a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
