If you recently became a Christian, you may have experienced doubts about what really happened to you. So I want to share with you some assurances that God gives in the Bible.
God assures you that Jesus Christ has come into your life.
John 14:20 – On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.
God assures you that your sins have been forgiven.
Colossians 2:13-14 – God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross.
God assures you that you have eternal life.
1 John 5:13 – I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.
