Another Beautiful Day…
Good morning beautiful people. Life changes fast, people change, circumstances change and you wonder what remains, what stays the same. There is one thing that remains and never changes, Jesus Christ, he is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Hebrews 13:8
It seems like just yesterday the children were small and we were rushing to get everyone out the door for school. A one bathroom home made it a challenge with three girly girls and myself. The pink ribbons, curling irons and a closet full of dresses turned into teen years of jeans, minds of their own and new adventures. Then we journeyed wedding days, baby showers and grandchildren. Oh, life is such a journey.
I decided sometime ago now that I was going to enjoy every day and live it to the fullest. God’s Word tells us that this is the day the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24
We can never get today back, so let’s decide to live today and every day the very best we can. Let’s make up our minds to be happy even in circumstances that are less than perfect. We will always have opposition, but we have someone that is always by our side, Amen? Amen!
Father, thank you that to everything there is a season. There is a time for everything under the sun. (Ecclesiastes 3:1) We thank you that the joy of the Lord is our strength. (Nehemiah 8:10). No matter what comes our way today or in the future, we can rest assured you hold our future. Our lives are in your hands.
Thank you today Father for the grace to trust you more. You said to trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not to our own understanding, but in all our ways acknowledge you and you will direct our paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6) Thank you for directing our paths.
We rest assured today that you see right where we are at and you are saying, no worries my child. I hold the keys to your destiny. We say thank you Father, we believe! Amen.
Stay blessed beautiful people and enjoy your day! He holds your future.
