It’s All About Jesus…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I love to listen to Andrae Crouch’s music. I love how God takes real people with real life issues and brings them through to the other side. Everyone at some time in their lives go through situations that they have no control over. It don’t take long before we all realize life is like a vapor. We are here to live it, to trust our Creator and to enjoy every day that he gives us.
Our joy cannot be dependent on our circumstances. Our joy comes from being connected to the one true God in which man can be saved. How do I know I am saved, that I belong to Jesus? Glad you asked this morning. Here it is:
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
You cannot earn this free gift from God. It is exactly what it is, free. He paid the price so that you do not have to. Let’s thank him today.
Father, thank you for life, thank you for salvation. Thank you for the gifts you have given each of us. Father, thank you for the good news, the best news.
Father, direct our path and order our footsteps today, we pray. Holy Spirit teach us all things. Father, we put all our trust in you.
Father, thank you for drawing close to your people today as they draw close to you. (James 4:8) Amen.
