I posted on this horrible storm this week when it took place, but it has been ignored by many and also the Feds have been slow help.
Our niece lives in Newton, Iowa, she is safe and her home is in good shape, but the town is devastated as is much of the area. Iowa needs our prayers and help. Having grown up in farm country, Minnesota, it is so very hard for me to picture 10 million acres of corn destroyed. Please be in prayer for all the people hit by this horrible storm. Lord, we bring all the people of Iowa that have been hit by the storm, we pray for peace and comfort for all, we pray for those that have lost their homes and farms. We pray for all those working so hard to help in this recovery. We love you Lord and put our future in You, in Jesus name we pray, Amen!
