Have You Heard The Good News?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Recently, I attended a meeting where an evangelist spoke about the good news of Jesus Christ. I loved his message and cheered him on as he preached from his heart. I really am a quiet individual, but there is something so powerful about the good news of Jesus Christ that makes this quiet girl shout. I must say I got a little louder when he said to the men of the house, the first evangelist was a woman. You could tell what was coming out of his mouth was very genuine. In his heart was a love for the cross. He had the congregation sing over and over again, vision of the cross.
This morning as I reflect on that meeting, I still have my arm in the air declaring, Arise Woman! You Are Worthy…Together, men and women let’s share the vision of the cross. Amen? Amen.
Let’s Pray:
Father, we come before you this morning thanking you for the cross. You paid for it all and it cost us nothing. We dedicate our lives to following you. Thank you for the greatest news, the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Father, because you loved us so much to die for us, we want to share the good news, the best news with the whole world. The finished work of the cross is for everyone who will believe and receive.
Father, thank you that you have purpose for every life and not just a select few. At the cross we are equal. Rise us up today to fulfill the purpose in which we were born, for such a time as this. Amen.
