Don’t Be Cranky Now…
Good Morning beautiful people, good morning. Even during a pandemic, can you still feel the spirit of Christmas in the air? I was teasing someone close to me recently about being cranky. I said to them; look at your neighbor and say don’t be cranky now. We laughed like two little kids in a candy store.
Today, you live among a different breed of people. Whether you do church by zoom or you are one of the people in the room. Visionaries, mountain movers, worshippers, world changers are among you. People who are filled with the Holy Spirit performing the will of the Father here on the earth. Yes, I am talking about you. People who are willing to set aside their agenda’s to seek the will of the Father. People who are real, revivalist, declaring the Word of the Lord to the nations of the world.
We soon will celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ once again. The day the world changed forever. The song that comes to mind this morning is this:
We are yours Lord, everything we are and everything we are not. We are yours Lord, try us now and see, see if we can be completely yours. We are yours Lord: Everything we’ve got, everything we are, everything were not. Were yours Lord, try us now and see, see if we can be completely yours. Our lives and our love, we will leave in your hands, we will do as you command. We are yours Lord.
This Christmas give the gift that never returns void. Give a Bible or the book of John. Would you prayerfully ask God to whom he would want you to give one too? Can you tell them as ambassadors of Jesus Christ?
Tell Them…Tell them that he loves them. Tell them they are his. Tell them he will never leave them nor forsake them. Tell them they are precious gems. Tell them Jesus sees them as perfect. Tell them they reflect his image. Tell them not to look back. Tell them to look straight ahead. Tell them Jesus laid out the red carpet for them. His blood is enough. Tell them, tell them, tell them again!
I John 2:2 He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. Can you tell them?
Let’s Pray:
Father, we reflect on the greatest gift ever given to mankind, your son Jesus. Emmanuel, God is with us. Father, we bring our gift to you today. More of us in exchange for more of you. Everything we are and everything were not. Our gift to you is to share the good news, the best news that this world so desperately needs to hear. Who will go? That will be us- imperfect people that received a perfect Savior that the world so desperately needs.
Father, thank you for choosing us. We say yes!
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Don’t be cranky now. Spread the love of Christ.
