Take Full Control, Oh God…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I am still receiving Christmas cards and I continue to celebrate. Yesterday, I received two more beautiful cards. One card had a charm in it with a picture of the Holy Spirit. Interesting the timing of the card as I love to listen to Kathryn Kulhman speak about the Holy Spirit and I just listened to one of her teachings. More than that, I love that God leads us each and every day by the power of his Holy Spirit. Somebody shout Holy Spirit!
I am thankful that one Word from God can change everything. I am thankful that his Word has the power to heal, to tear down, to destroy, to build up. John 1:1 tells us In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. I love how he directs our path because of his great love for us. As we give him permission, by the power of the Holy Spirit he steers our lives. Somebody shout the Word!
Today let’s ask the Holy Spirit to lead our day and lead our lives. Let’s let the Holy Spirit guide us, as we pray, believe and take God at his Word, Amen? Amen.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for the godhead, the trinity, three in one. Holy Spirit guide us today and everyday as we keep our eyes looking toward where our help cometh. I lift up my eyes to the mountains– where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:1-2)
Father, show us great and mighty things which we do not know. (Jeremiah 33:3). Thank you for protecting us, guiding us and highlighting the path we are to be on.
Father, as we put our trust in you, you work all things out for our good. (Romans 8:28) Thank you for the mercy and grace you extend to us each day.
Holy Spirit take full control of our lives. Amen!
