Can Love Be Community Spread?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Soon we will celebrate Valentine’s Day and expressions of love will be given from husband to wife, child to parent, friend to friend and many other relationships.
There’s one gift that when you receive it, it changes everything, if you believe. Today, spend some time with your Creator and let him fill your life full of love, the love of Christ. Then give some away. You don’t have to look very far today to see the lonely, the hurting, the broken and downcast that needs a little hope, a little love. Fill up and give some away.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for love toward us, a love that is beyond what we can ever imagine. Your gift to mankind can be deeply felt within the human heart. Peace, joy, life, love, laughter, hope and restoration promised in these Holy scriptures are our inheritance, if we can only believe.
Father, thank you for not being a distant, far off God. You are closer than a brother, closer than our closest friend. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. (John 15:15)
Father, teach us by the power of the Holy Spirit that love can be spread, community to community, town to town, city to city, state to state, throughout our world, by the power of your love.
Father, may it spread far and wide today, we pray. Amen.
