Do You Need A Walking Partner?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Wow, what a busy morning. I have been waiting on God to show me some next steps. Apartment hunting isn’t easy and after a while just a place to rest your head seems like enough. Well maybe, I am not quite there yet. (lol)
I am so thankful that we all have a father. No one is fatherless. We have a Heavenly Father that sees everything, knows everything and say’s awe, created in my image, mine. All we need to do is to acknowledge him and invite him in our day, every day.
Even if we try to be perfect, we can’t be. There is no one that is perfect, believe me when I tell you, I have tried. I thought God would be mad at me and kick me out of his Kingdom if I messed up. That’s not the Good Father, the Good Shepherd. He is an awesome Father and loves to help us with all our life issues. His grace and mercy are enough.
Recently, I witnessed God move in an awesome way within a group of people, within a culture different than mine. He is the same God and the principles of his Word are the same. That’s to all who will believe.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you that you love to journey with mankind. You are the best Father. No one is perfect and you are not looking for perfection, but you are looking for people that desire to know and walk with you. You are the best walking partner.
Father, today we pray and receive the outpouring of your spirit. It is so true, to everything there is a season. Let it rain.
Have a blessed day God’s beautiful people. Have a talk with him today (pray). No perfect words, no perfect people. Just imperfect people in need of a walking partner.
Keep me safe, my God, for in you I take refuge. I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing.” I say of the holy people who are in the land, “They are the noble ones in whom is all my delight.” Those who run after other gods will suffer more and more. I will not pour out libations of blood to such gods or take up their names on my lips. Lord, you alone are my portion and my cup; you make my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance. I will praise the Lord, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me. I keep my eyes always on the Lord. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, nor will you let your faithful one see decay. You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. (Psalm 16)
