The Missing Link…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. It’s day two of a New Year. I sit for a long time this morning thinking about Gods faithfulness to me in 2022. The year is gone, and the days are never to return. We lived them and prayerfully we lived them well and we can’t look back.
Last year, I published my second book Secret Shame and onwards to see my third one in print. Secret Shame brings healing to women that have had an abortion. I only know one person that can take the sting out of bad memories, the pain, the trauma and that is Jesus Christ. People don’t need more judgement, more condemnation, more questions like why would you ever do such a thing? People don’t need more comments like no one in my family would ever do that or I don’t know anyone who would do such a thing. People need more love, more compassion, more understanding as we bring them to the healing waters of Jesus Christ. Unfortunately, it is still the missing link in the world today.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for the love of Christ that is shed abroad in our hearts today. Hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. (Romans 5:5)
Father, thank you for your great love. A God of mercy, a God of forgiveness, the greatest healer, counselor, miracle worker and lover of man’s soul. Fill us up to overflowing every day this year so the world will know you are the answer. We want to extend that love, your heart for a world waiting to hear some good news. Actually, it is the best news a person will ever receive and it’s theirs if they will only believe. Amen.
