Keep Walking Beautiful People…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was thinking this morning about a former walking partner. I would wake up early and go to meet her at 5:00 AM and walk the track here in our city and pray. We prayed about everything. It would still be dark, and we had several issues with dodging skunks, but thankfully never got sprayed. Then she moved away.
I chuckle this morning as I remember getting a call from school one day that my daughters belongings smelled like a skunk. The teacher explained that her coat and boots etc. smelled bad and when she spoke to my daughter, she indicated there had been an incident with a skunk.
I couldn’t imagine what my daughter was talking about, as she left home that morning with no smell of a skunk. Thoughts were running through my mind of what my daughter was telling her teacher and how did that happen when she left home, and everything was fine. Did she hear me talking about dodging the skunk earlier that morning, I thought?
Then the next call came in, the teacher had mixed up two girls in the classroom with the same name. My daughter was fine.
Beautiful people keep walking, never worry about tomorrow for tomorrow has enough worries of its own. (Matthew 6:34) Jesus will walk with you and you are never alone. (Deuteronomy 31:8) He will walk with you each step of the way. He knows your name and the number of hairs on your head. (Luke 12:7) He will show you the way to take.
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for walking every day with us. You always keep your promise no matter what the day will bring. You journey life with us when we are on the mountaintop and when we are in the valley.
Father, thank you that your Holy Spirit leads and guides us. We can write victory on every situation that comes our way, because of who our Father is and the price you paid.
Father, we are never alone and nobody and nothing can pluck us out of your hand, because of who our Father is. Your Word is forever settled, and we have victory in Christ Jesus. We are in covenant with a man that walks on water and gives us victory.
Father, thank you for another beautiful day. May the sun shine in lives all across this globe today as they meditate on the promises of your Word. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Never forget who your walking partner is. You walk with a king!
The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. (Deuteronomy 31:8)
