Back in the day folks called Las Vegas ‘SIN CITY.” As I was doing my news reports this morning it came to me that New Mexico just gets worse and worse everyday despite a Church on almost every street corner in the state. I will continue to call out Christians in New Mexico! You are living in a state full of sin! What are you doing about? I have nothing to loose. I am a free man of God. I am in the 4th qt. of my life with the two minute warning sounding and I have no time outs left. I will serve God until I die. I am not attached at all with an political party. I see dysfunctional all around me here in Albuquerque and the entire state and all over America. Too many Christians have put politics before God. Many pastors fell into that trap and have supported evil politicians. I see these GOP bloggers blaming the Dems for this hell, but I am here to tell you that you are no better. Will Rogers · “If you ever injected truth into politics you have no politics.” My goodness New Mexico you have allowed God’s babies to be killed through abortion forever! Both the Dems and GOP have allowed this as has the Church. Why is not the Church in New Mexico in mourning? Are you so blinded to think that God is not going to have His way with all of us? In watching Facebook I see such immaturity in many Christians here. Self promotion.
Years ago in Asheville, North Carolina at a Time to Revive revival, that I was helping with, it was prophesied over me that I was going to be a watchman on the wall for God. I have learned to pay great attention to matters like this. Like when I was at KKIM and three Pastors came in and told me that God told them to come to tell me that I was to leave the radio station and go out and preach the Word of God in New Mexico. God moved me out because He wanted me and Sharon to be caretakers of the ministry He formed for us, FGGAM, which you probably know, reports news and inspiration from a Biblical Worldview. We are now into our 12th year. I have witnessed God at work in my life, Sharon’s life, clear as day. God always goes before us paving the way. We are not afraid to ‘step on toes’ for God. Christians need to drop their agenda, and listen and follow God! It is not a popular thing to do in this world.
Division reigns in New Mexico and all over America, even in the Church. Only 4% of Americans have a Biblical Worldview and just 37% of Pastors have a Biblical Worldview!

With August being Child Support Awareness Month and 1 in 6 children in the U.S. living in poverty, the personal-finance website WalletHub today released its report on 2023’s States with the Most Underprivileged Children, as well as expert commentary.
In order to bring awareness to the condition of underprivileged children throughout the U.S., WalletHub compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia across 26 key measures of neediness. The data set ranges from share of children in households with below-poverty income to child food-insecurity rate to share of maltreated children.

“Elected officials are working to sign state budgets that increase funding for preschool and childcare and provide support for after-school programs. This is a great start; however, we need to continue to place value on the recruitment of diverse providers working with children and support future and current professionals in attaining education and training in higher education. In addition, education plays a significant role in equalizing opportunities for children, and programs should be supported to address achievement gaps and disparities among different socioeconomic, racial, and ethnic groups. We need elected officials to provide funding for low-income children, children with disabilities, dual language learners, and children who are experiencing or at risk of abuse and neglect. Programs like Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) help support low-income families during their greatest time of need and often act as a bridge to stability and protection from poverty. These programs need to provide comprehensive supports, prevention, and opportunities for parents to obtain and sustain employment.”

Early intervention programs such as childcare and preschool give families access to resources, which can help connect them with social support systems to help decrease food insecurity, help with housing insecurity, and provide access to health and mental health resources while providing their children with access to early education…Services that wrap around families, with providers that understand the micro and macro systems that affect families, are essential for positive outcomes that extend into adulthood (e.g., children exist within families with their own culture, who exist within communities, which are governed by policies). Family engagement is critical, and collaborative partnerships between families, schools, and communities in which families are involved as equal partners to provide support and resources will help create an inclusive and culturally responsive environment. “Children do not live in vacuums. They (most often) do not live on their own, and they rely on family and/or caregivers to provide for their emotional, social, and physical needs. Children live in communities that provide environments and opportunities that impact their human development. Therefore, my top 5 indicators in evaluating how underprivileged children experience the world are mindful of the families and systems that impact their everyday lives, such as (in no particular order) the availability of family-supportive labor policies (such as paid sick leave), rates of community investment from local governments, the availability of inter- and intra-school district choice for families, housing affordability, and access to affordable and healthy food options for the family and the community.”
