Made Whole in Christ Jesus, By Karen Rowe

Good morning, Friends!  And happy Thanksgiving to you!

By faith, I am sharing without reading.  A Bible Study for you and for me.  I would love to hear your thoughts and please understand any mistakes you might see that I can’t see.  I am just bringing all that I have to the Lord.  You & He can take it from here.

Also, reference:  2 Co 5:21, Eph 2:10 & Micah 7:7; 1 Peter 4:12 – NOTE:  Trials are purposed to change my mind about what God can do:  Don’t get discouraged / nor surprised at things that come at you: such as loneliness, etc., God has warned us & encouraged us that the Firey trials are dual-purposed:  To try to change our mind about what God can do; and for God to use to make us stronger for our destiny ~ Rejoice, saying, “because I am being tried for the truth who abides in me; Get behind me Satan…”,

Another note as I review mine:

When we do Sow the Gospel of Jesus (do good works in Christ Jesus) by faith in the name of Jesus, we sow on good ground!   It’s going to multiply in the faith of Jesus Christ to plant the seed we sow, because we believe it’s what Jesus said.   God knows how we gave the seed; and Jesus will plant it, God will grow it!   God will water and fertilize it what ever He needs to do to.  The goodness of Jesus:  Take a look again, see the Salvation of the LORD working; His work does not come back void & it will accomplish whatever it is supposed to do.

and never forget Ex 14:14 & 1 John 4:16!   Reread John 3:16 & 17. 

Now, let’s process and proceed in the Spirit of Christ, praying to hear the Mind of God mold us unto good works in Christ Jesus.  I hope this is a blessing to you!

The Spirit of the living Lord Woke me up this morning!  I praise God for waking me up!  I praise God for you too!  This is why we are here!  God joined us together as family to help each other all along our way!

May I share some thoughts that have been the most invigorating thoughts I have ever known before?

Let me begin with, this thought that might blow your mind away?  Or, perhaps you may disagree?   I am not here to tell you what to think.  I am here to share what God does for me in my life; and I hope this is a help to the entire family of God – To those of us who know and believe in the love God has for us, but especially to those God puts in the path of the life we are called to live for God’s grace, glory, goodness, kindness, mercy, and love to been both seen and experienced in this world – Through us who believe and seek the mind of God!

What is the most significant thing about the world?

John 3:16 tells us plainly, that God so loved the world, that he did something extraordinary for us all who might believe!  And, in John 3:17, Jesus tells us plainly, he didn’t come to condemn the world, but that that through him, the world might gain two of the most important insights in this world:  That the world might not perish (already in that state); and that the world through believing God gave Jesus might be saved.

 

That being said, God is the interceder!

Christ in us makes us different!

Pray ye for one another!

Turn it over to God!

God is in it! -And, This:   It is not what we THINK is right or wrong.   We gain our testimony, every time we experience God is bigger than any mistake we can make!  A sin, before saved; a mistake as we are called to work out our own Salvation!

⁹ Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

It’s our testimony that is the Salt to the world!  It is our testimony that is the light to the world!  And, we need to pray for one another as it is God working in their life too!

 

Love and life can be seen in the picture of the emerging life of a chick from an egg; or a butterfly from the cocoon:  They like us being made whole in Christ Jesus, gain strength for our destiny in the work it takes to be set free from the shell.  We are being transformed and being made in the image of Christ.

There is nothing simple about God; because if it was simple, then we wouldn’t need God.

It is not what we THINK is right or wrong.

God is in it!

Really pause to mediate on that for a while over Thanksgiving and be grateful.  Learn the love God has for you and know the same God loves the world with the Same grace that saved both you and me!

What are we saved from?  Sin and Death – Separation from God; right?

Mistakes are preparing us for our destiny! To be with God and each other forever, begining new every Today till we get to our next home!  Life begins in Christ now! The Kingdom is COME!

The Verse today is this:

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: And I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.    – Psalm 23:6; and I hope this is a blessing to you!

 

Lets continue from the Devotion this morning as I began this journey with the Lord!

The title come to me:

Made Whole in Christ | A Walk with Jesus | The Journey of Life with God

Next, I drew an old-timey Scale!

Grab your Bible, a notebook / journal, and a pen.  Draw a scale with two sides to hold the items to be weighed against each other.  (Label one side:  Flesh); (Label the other side:  Spirit).  Next, from each side, extend a line, both connecting at one center circle of stability (Label:  God).

Next:   Draw three Columns for the opportunity for a greater understanding:

We are made up of three Parts:

1.  A Body:  Has 5, 7, 8 Senses that are to Give us information & also to activate, influence & trigger our soul’s response.

2. A Soul:  If made up of 3 parts:  We have a mind, will and emotions.  A Will to choose which Spiritual influence works to make us whole, is with lasting peace and is unconditional of our environment.

A Spirit:  Dead to (sin); or Made Alive in Christ.  A spirit desires control: (Christ / or the Anti-Christ).

 

Ref to what it means to Be Born Again:  Your Flesh (your old self) has lost dominion over you!   NOTE:  To die to self does NOT mean you are ceasing to exist.

Your soul was never meant to rule.

Your spirit, being in alignment with God was meant to rule SO THAT your soul and body could rest and be in harmony with your Creator.

The death Paul is speaking of, or speaking to is eternal separation from God for ever.

When the soul (The mind, will and emotions) is ruling, there is no rest.  There is only striving.

 

Friends, I am learning that we are not to separate our self from our self, but rather find our self as we are being made whole and complete in Christ, and in wanting or lacking nothing in Christ.

God gave us senses:

Sight

Sound

Smell

Taste

Touch

And, Proprioception (Movement)

And, Vestibular (Balance)

And, there’s Temperature, and Language, Conceptional, and ego; All related to what the Bible calls Flesh!

Now, look back to your drawing of the Scales of Balance:  God at the Center:  The Flesh on One side and the Spirit on the other! Christ can teach us Balance in this life with God!

Answer:   Adhere to simple steps to STOP the mind and senses from wandering.

You can and will experience bliss (Peace and Joy) – A Peace that transcends all understanding, WHEN you’re CENTERED in your innate nature with God in the center of all things.

Study Spiritual Wisdom that is written in the Bible every morning!  I personally can’t live without the filling of God’s wonderful and filling word in me every morning, noon and night and often times all day and night long!   Yes, mediate on the word of God!  God after it!  Seek it and pray and ask God for understanding and God will be the one who creates the balance in your life, if you are willing to surrender your pride to Christ and let Christ rule your heart and your thoughts:  See, your soul has the will to chose to do this too!

 

Sidenote of how science discovers things about God’s Creation:  Logically, Thoughts appear to take advantage of the brain systems used for processing information from the external world.  Something is sensing a thought, even thinking about this.  Gain an appropriate adaptive response to everyday stimuli.

— That’s why we can “HEAR” our internal Voice, “SEE” imagined scenes, or “FEEL” remembered emotions.

Ref:  Dead spirit made Alive in Christ – 1st we have to have the Spirit of Christ.  We receive this Spirit of God from God.  Next, Which do we choose to feed?  Our dead spirit letting our emotions and environmental senses choose to rule over us?  Or, the Spirit of God to guide us into a wholeness in Christ that is for ever & everlasting peace!

As my notes continue > Christ is greater than our feelings; and worth sharing for someone!

Holidays can have “Sensory Overload”:   … Difficultly .. due to sensory input:  Notice:  Irritability, restlessness, feelings “wound-up”, stress, fear, anxiety about your surroundings.

 

What is it to be made whole in Christ?

A study on the Biblical, The Balance of Life as Created, Restored, Redeemed children of God.

The Balance of the Whole me!

1.  Bring To God:  Your *Body Subject to Christ

2.  Take To God:  Every thought captive to the Obedience of Christ.

3.  Believe / Surrender to God’s Will that you will come to both know and believe in the love God has for you.  God is love and he who abides in God; God abides in him.  This is a huge thought!  Be loved, because we are loved by God; and fill with the mind of God!

 

 

The unity with Christ made Peace for & in our soul!  Let the Peace of God rule!

How to Calm Senses & Anxiety:

CONFESS:  Acknowledge FIVE (5) Things:

5 4 3 2 1   Acknowledge 5 Things around you and see …; Acknowledge 4 Things you can touch around you; Acknowledge 3 Things you can hear; Acknowledge 2 Things you can smell; Acknowledge 1 Thing you can taste.

NEXT how do you enter into the Presence of God?  In Jesus Name, who become sin for us that we could be made the Righteousness of God!  Praise and Thanksgiving!  Praise God for making you!  Thank God for giving your a body with incredible senses to experience God in His Creation!  Thank God for giving you a soul that you can think for your self, feel incredible and terrible emotions and thank God for giving you the spiritual insight to choose his Life with Him forever, which includes God’s Comfort, goodness, mercy and grace to move you from stuck in sin to freed in Christ.

 

Ever feel exhausted?  More science to discover things about the way God created you?

The Brain’s Rate of caloric burning increases when engaged in cognitively demanding tasks.  Energy and mass are interchangeable (E=mc2).  Energy and mass are interchangeable.  Since thoughts are energy signals, the energy transmitting a thought therefore has a mass.  The ions and molecules encoding the energetic signal have a mass too.

Confusion is not from God:  Tell God if you are confused.  God is a God of clarity with understanding!  Remember the Bible tells us Wisdom is the principal thing, and above all your getting, GET UNDERSTANDING!

There’s a thing you might hear people talk about.  Synesthesia?  Apparently, a fancy name when you experience one of your senses through another – For example, you might hear the name “Alex” and see green.  Or, read the word “street” and taste citrus fruit.

 

 

Why is it important not to rely on our human senses?

1.  So, when 2 Corinthians 11:14 tells us that “Satan disguises himself as an angel of light,” it means that Satan capitalizes on our love of the light in order to deceive. He wants us to think that he is good, truthful, loving, and powerful – all the things that God is. To portray himself as a dark, devilish being with horns would not be very appealing to the majority of people. Most people are not drawn to darkness, but to light. Therefore, Satan appears as a creature of light to draw us to himself and his lies.

• ^{JOHN 8:12} Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall *HAVE the light of life.

BECAUSE when we “*HAVE the light of life.”  In Christ Jesus, Our Lord,

We ARE the light of the world!

2.  There are also 2 types of peace in this world.

• Worldly peace is temporary and will make a person hate the person if they don’t who what they want them to do.
• God’s Peace is an everlasting Peace and brings you through the trials and hatreds of this world.   I can’t explain it, but Heavenly Peace will go through anything.  When we put our trust in God, regardless of the trials that come, Because of Christ in me, I have Peace in me for ever.  I can’t explain it, because it transcends all understanding.

I don’t know much to speak on that, but there is one thing on my heart to include in today’s article to “stir up” the thinking side of our brain to look to Christ and hear the Mind of God.  I hope everything you sense; you begin to sense the Presence of God!  In every Sunbeam, the touch of the warmth on your skin, that you think of the goodness and mercy and love of God he has for you!   I pray this inspires your every sense that God created and made you to have to you bring it to Him in Praise and Thanksgiving that you may experience more and more complete as you enter more and more into the Presence of God in your entire being:  Body, Soul and Redeemed Born-Again Spirit – That not only do you believe, you worship the One who made you and gave you his Son to become sin for you so that you could be made whole in Christ Jesus, Lord, Savior, Brother and Friend & Holy Spirit you are welcome here1

The Verse Today to remember is:

As I found a close to today’s Bible Study, I will leave you with 2 things:

So then, learning how to submit everything you have to God’s Spirit (Christ) (In Jesus Name), Let Him rule in your heart for the benefits in the fullness of Life in your entire being!  Body, Soul and Spirit (made alive in believing Christ Jesus).   The Crucified Life, a die to self-daily kind of life, leads to a spirit filled life, which give your abundant life.

 

And, the way it began:

Good morning,

Can we talk a minute about wholeness?

What does it feel like to be whole inside your self? What does it feel like to be fulfilled and complete, as lacking nothing in your life?

I am learning the answer is to that all God has done in Jesus: The Christ!

 See the Balance scales?

What does it feel like to be perfect and lacking nothing in this life?

Don’t we have to balance in “like things”? I believe there are scales of balance to the gift of Life.

I admit, I have been on the pendulums of life unbalanced in ways we could talk about the goodness and mercy of God in every thing as I continue to learn.

I am learning however a deeper meaning to a word on the scales that is perhaps my last uncomfortable word I avoid because of not really understanding what “Flesh” really means; and why we need to understand.

You see & if I have earned the right with you to share my perspective, we can’t balance unlike things.

Pause 

On the balance Scales to life  One side is to see the flesh & the other side to experience the Spirit.

To be made whole, we need Jesus to begin to learn how to be filled in the wholeness of Christ!

How do you balance your flesh (body & soul) with lasting life in your spirit?

Think about this:
We are Made up of 3 parts.
We have a body, and a soul & we are a spirit trying to make it in this messed up world.

Think about how our body has Senses!
Sight, Sound, Smell, Taste, Touch & PROPRIOCEPTIVE (movement) & Vestibular (balance) senses to GIVE us information, to ACTIVATE, INFLUENCE & TRIGGER soul responses.

Our soul is made up of 3 parts:
Our mind, will & emotions! We have a will to choose!

The 3rd part on our balance scale is the other side of the scales : A spirit: Dead to sin? Or, made alive in Christ?

Now the scene is set to see how the scales work to teach us balance in life. Without balance there is no lasting rest. The scales would be constantly tipping back & forth measuring what we begin to identify in our life as good or bad.

Ref: Your flesh (Your old self) must lose dominion over you … knowing to die to self DOESN’T mean you are ceasing to exist.

I hope this is a blessing to your every Today as you are not stuck; and neither am I!  We are growing, by every mistake we might make, count it for the glory of God to be seen in our testimony that we have the joy of Life open and active in our thoughts, emotions, will, body, soul and spirit joined to God as one (and together we are to be) in Christ Jesus, Savior to the world.

Lets let our testimony speak life, with peace and joy to all we meet every Today!   And, when they ask with tears in their eyes, tell them what God has done for you and pray over their entire being Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God who will do it!

Life and Blessings are the work of our loving God!
