A Generational Prayer…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. In my prayer room every morning, I like to bow before my great and mighty God. If I could be a namedropper today of the most important person I have ever known, it’s Jesus Christ. I have met many people thus far in my life. Some prestigious, some dignitaries, and some even called famous. However, there is no one I met that comes close to what I experienced as I have walked every day with Jesus.
I held my granddaughter close this morning as together we sat in the prayer room. That’s the most important gift I want to leave her, knowing Jesus. That’s the greatest gift we could give to anyone to share the good news, to introduce them to a man that makes all the difference in life. Amen?
Let’s Pray:
Father, you Word tells us in Psalm 145:4 One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts. Thank you for all the blessings and all you have done in our lives. We want to pass those down to the next generation and generations thereafter.
Father, 1 Peter 2:9 tells us we are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called us out of darkness into his marvelous light.
Father, for every child, every grandchild we pray your blessing, the blessing of God. The Lord bless them and keep them: the Lord make his face shine on them and be gracious to them: the Lord turn his face toward them and give them peace. (Numbers 6:24-26) Amen.
