Is God Looking For You?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Yesterday, as I sat in church these words were highlighted to me from a song we were singing, the cross has spoken. I left service early yesterday to pray at a committal service for a young lady that left this world way too early. Life isn’t always fair. Systems fail, people fail, but our Heavenly Father never does. Jesus himself came to take her home as we read about in the book of John. When we belong to Jesus beautiful people, there is nothing that he won’t do for us. We win every time, we have the victory. If we don’t get it in this world, we can rest assured we will have it there. We were bought with a price; his blood was and will always be enough. The world didn’t give it to us, and the world can’t take it away. We know to whom we belong. Amen?
When I invited Jesus in my life many years ago, he came to journey every day with me knowing I was not a perfect person. His grace was enough. Day after day we journeyed together and one day I too look forward to being in his presence forever. One day he will come for me too. Until that day comes though, (I would like to live to be over 100) I know to whom I belong. The cross speaks for my life every day. His blood was enough. How about you?
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you that nothing can separate us from your love. Your blood on a cross was payment enough.
Father, may hope rise today all across this globe because we know in whom we belong. Amen.
If you haven’t asked Jesus to journey life with you, today’s your day. Invite him in and begin a life that is beyond what you could ever think or imagine. He isn’t looking for the perfect people today, the ones that have it all together. He is looking for people that need new beginnings. He is looking for ones that need a second or third chance. He is looking for people that are struggling with substance use, people that feel shame from past mistakes. He is looking for the broken hearted, the hurting, the downcast. Yes, God is looking for you. Open up your heart and let him in beautiful people. Today is your day!
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. You are loved. For God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whosoever believeth on him will have everlasting life. John 3:16
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13
