CNN reports that the United States is investigating a serious leak of highly-classified intelligence regarding Israel’s plans to militarily retaliate against Iran, following its missile attack against Israel on October 1, 2024.
Two U.S Pentagon documents, dated October 15 and 16, 2024, began circulating online yesterday (10/18/2024) after being posted to the social media site Telegram by an account called “Middle East Spectator.” The documents were labeled Top Secret and included markings indicating they were supposed to be shared only within the U.S and its “Five Eyes” allies — Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
One of the documents was apparently compiled by the U.S. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and indicated, in part, that Israel was moving munitions around in anticipation of a forthcoming attack against Iran. One of the documents suggests something that Israel has always declined to confirm publicly – that it has nuclear weapons.

In a related matter, The Jerusalem Post reports that Hezbollah launched a drone targeting the residence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today (10/19/2024). Fortunately, Netanyahu and his family were not home at the time, and there were no reported casualties.
A diplomatic source told The Jerusalem Post that Israel plans to retaliate for Hezbollah’s attempted assassination of Netanyahu, explaining that ultimately Iran is responsible.
In response to the assassination attempt, Netanyahu stated that:
“The Iranian agents who tried to assassinate me and my wife today made a bitter mistake. This will not deter me or the State of Israel from continuing the war of revival against our enemies to ensure our security for generations. We will continue to eliminate your terrorists. We will return our hostages held in Gaza. We will return our residents to the North. We will achieve all the war objectives that we set. And we will change the security reality in our region for generations.”

My brothers and sisters, given the track record of the Biden administration and its continuing efforts to seemingly “snatch defeat from the jaws of victory” with its efforts to compel Israel to enter into a ceasefire short of victory, this writer has been concerned about exactly this sort of situation.
Operational Security (‘Op Sec’) is the watchword for any military operation and is key to assuring success and preventing unnecessary loss of life. The old adages “Remember the Maine” and “Loose Lips Sink Ships” come to mind.
The intentional release of classified military information is SHAMEFUL whether undertaken by a lone individual with a grudge or non-conforming ideological view of things, or heaven forbid, undertaken intentionally by one or more entities of the U.S. federal government for political or ideological reasons.
Netanyahu has already seemingly learned that he can’t fully trust the United States to stand behind Israel’s operational goals to destroy Hamas and Hezbollah, and to seriously mitigate the risks from Iran.
As this FGGAM writer reported HERE only three days ago, despite indisputable and continuing evidence that the Hamas and Hezbollah organizations operate within, adjacent to, and underneath civilian buildings, homes and even medical facilities and schools, and despite Hamas’ use of Palestinian civilians and hostages kidnapped on October 7, 2023 as human shields, the Biden administration is (yet again) threatening to withhold military aid to Israel via an arms embargo if Israel doesn’t immediately facilitate enhanced distribution of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
It would be hard to overstate the destabilization resulting from a successful assassination of Netanyahu by Hamas, Hezbollah or Iran. World War III, which is in the minds of many already occurring, would likely become a very ‘hot’ war.

Let’s pray for a quick and fruitful investigation that determines the exact cause of the classified intelligence leak and the necessary ‘plugging’ of that leak. Let’s also pray a prayer of thanksgiving and petition for God’s supernatural protection over Prime Minister Netanyahu.
