As FGGAM recently reported HERE, North Korea is allegedly providing weapons support and military personnel to Russia, as the country wages its war against Ukraine. During Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to North Korea in June 2024, the two countries pledged to provide military assistance to each other.
History shows that evil seeks out and befriends evil. The Russia-North Korea connection is another tentacle of the ‘axis of evil’ we are observing in a world that is led, to a large degree, by the totalitarian, communist and spiritually-deceived leaders of Russia, China, North Korea and Iran.
North Atlantic Treaty Organization (“NATO”) Secretary General Mark Rutte delivered a briefing today (10/29/2024), stating that a delegation from South Korea briefed NATO on North Korea’s growing involvement in Russia’s illegal war of aggression against Ukraine. Rutte confirmed that North Korean troops have been sent to Russia and that North Korean military units have been deployed to the Kursk region of Ukraine.
Rutte further stated that the deployment of North Korean troops represents: 1) a significant escalation in North Korea’s involvement in Russia’s illegal war; 2) another breach of United Nations Security Council resolutions; and 3) a dangerous expansion of Russia’s war.
NATO has called on Russia and North Korea to cease these actions immediately.

REUTERS is reporting today (10/29/2024) that North Korea’s foreign minister arrived in Russia for talks as the Russia-Ukraine war has taken a dangerous new turn, with NATO and South Korea expressing alarm that North Korean troops could soon be fighting on the side of Moscow against Ukraine, with NATO reporting that thousands of North Korean troops are moving toward the front lines.
Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated in a recent post on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) that “[t]he conclusion is clear – this war is becoming internationalized, extending beyond two countries.”
South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol told Zelensky today that if North Korea receives aid from Russia, and is able to glean military experience and knowledge from its involvement in the war, it would pose a “great threat” to South Korea’s security and that South Korea may start supplying weapons to Ukraine if North Korean troops joined Russia’s war.
For its part, the Pentagon estimated 10,000 North Korean troops had been deployed to eastern Russia for training, up from an estimate of 3,000 troops last week, and that the United States would no longer impose new limits on Ukraine’s use of U.S. weapons if North Korea entered the fight.

My brothers and sisters, in light of on-the-ground developments involving North Korea, the Pentagon has now announced it would not impose new limits on Ukraine’s use of U.S. weapons if North Korea entered the fight.
The question that needs to be asked is why does the United States wait until trouble has actually manifested, with thousands and thousands of lives lost, before it takes more proactive measures which could have prevented, mitigated or better yet, already ended Russia’s unlawful war against Ukraine? The old adage, ‘a day late and a dollar short’ comes to mind.
Risk-averse and fearful leadership is not the answer to most of today’s geopolitical problems, as evil and aggressor nations or terrorist organizations respect power, not diplomacy and flowery messaging.
The United States won the Cold War against the former Soviet Union through power creating deterrence, just as Israel is demonstrating in its battles against Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran.
Terrorists are religiously and ideologically bent on their goals. Accordingly, gentlemanly discourse and diplomatic meetings are not generally going to move them to compassion or a change in operations.
The Bible tell us that those who are foolish, evil and plot against others run the risk of succumbing to their own deeds:
Ecclesiastes 10:8 (Amplified Bible)
“He who digs a pit [for others] may fall into it, and a serpent may bite him who breaks through a [stone] wall.”
It would serve the leaders of Russia and North Korea to heed the word of the Lord:
Proverbs 13:20 (NKJV)
“He who walks with wise men will be wise, [b]ut the companion of fools will be destroyed.”
In the end, the Bible makes it clear that when justice is served, it will be a terror to those who promote evil:
Proverbs 21:15 (ESV)
“When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers.”
Isaiah 5:20 (NKJV)
“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; [w]ho put darkness for light, and light for darkness; [w]ho put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”
The sad reality in our world today is that sometimes, war can be necessary – never desirable, but necessary. When wars were fought in the Old Testament days, they weren’t apologetically pursued, but were fought with the intention of complete victory over the enemy. The Bible reminds us that there is a time for everything, and unfortunately, sometimes that includes war:

A Time for Everything
“There is a season (a time appointed) for everything and a time for every delight and event or purpose under heaven—[a] time to be born and a time to die; [a] time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted. A time to kill and a time to heal; [a] time to tear down and a time to build up. A time to weep and a time to laugh; [a] time to mourn and a time to dance. A time to throw away stones and a time to gather stones; [a] time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing. A time to search and a time to give up as lost; [a] time to keep and a time to throw away. A time to tear apart and a time to sew together; [a] time to keep silent and a time to speak.
